Thanks for comments everyone. I am having connectivity issues and can't get shots uploaded from my tablet so it might be Sunday evening before I get todays and tomorrows up. We spent almost 5 hours today around the coast of donegal exploring on the way to our hotel so I have a few decent ones and going for a drive tomorrow morning around the mountains so hopefully have a few more.
 
Day 47. Spent a while yesterday driving around the coast of donegal, this is a coastal inlet close to Gweebara. This is a jpeg out of camera as im just working on my tablet with no way of editing.

Day 48. Today was spent in the mountains around Donegal. This is one of the waterfalls we came across on our travels. These shots are jpeg basically straight out of camera as I am only working on my tablet this weekend while away.

Day 48. Came home from Donegal today via this spot i have visited before as i like the waterfalls there and thought there may have been a good flow of water. Strangely there wasnt as much as i thought but anyway.

Thanks Carol and Sarah, it was a great weekend. Unfortunately that is my holidays over now for the year, work is steadily picking up and it is almost 6 days a week from the end of March to the end of November, maybe just 1 or 2 saturdays off.

I finished one of these twelve-months-of-madness projects at the end of January.
It was fun, amusing, interesting, incredibly frustrating and at times I could happily have walked away from it.
I didn't however but those last couple of weeks as the end drew closer were a real challenge.
I've always been an opportunist when it comes to photography (and everything else, I suppose) and I can usually 'see' photographs everywhere but having to find one every single day was nowhere near as easy as I'd anticipated.
By now you'll probably have gotten past the honeymoon period where shots seemingly appear from nowhere and you're just entering the "this isn't quite so easy" stage.
Trust me, it does get better, particularly as the weather's improving and the days are becoming longer.
One thing that I did at the outset was to formulate a list of shots that I could get easily for those days (and there will be some) when circumstances prevent you from getting a shot in your normal way.
Fortunately, I have a daughter who's now 11 and a big dog, so targets in desperation were usually available but I also had several ideas for shots around the house that I could and did, fall back on.
At the risk of teaching you to suck eggs, let me just say "take a camera with you everywhere and all of the time."
I even took mine along to a court appearance (I was a witness) and it's seen the inside of a hospital several times.

Thanks for the comments. You are right, there is days I could happily give up and at some stage when the fun goes out of it I probably will. I have a feeling that when work gets really busy and I am working 12 hour days, photograpghy will go out the window.

Day 49. Forgot all about this today as really busy at work so was frantically running round my ow garden close to dark this evening trying to find something to shoot. Hence ISO 3200!

Nice to finally see a bit of colour in the garden isn't it! I was walking round the park earlier and found a few flowers but the bugs had been at them already!!! Well done on getting your shot!

If you Saw my own at the minute you wouldn't say that. It's a mess! Taking a half day at it tomorrow and all day Saturday to try to get it into some shape. Will get a shot of it in the spring when it looks better.
 
Day 50. Im rapidly discovering that I really dislike have to take shots indoors. Had no time outside today at all so had to find something in the house to shoot tonight.
