Photo Competition Results and critique

nice one Simon! i think.....

Thanks for picking the subject Simon.

Again I feel this one is another easy one to shoot but it will be difficult to make an image stand out from the crowd and attract votes. This could be another wide open round.

potentially really big range of shots but getting one with impact could be difficult. The subjects chosen up till now certainly make you think. Thanks Simon :)

damn squirell shoving its nose up the arse of another would have been good.....DOH!!!

Thats always the problem with showing your best shots straight away, I held off showing any of my London pictures from last week incase they fitted the new theme for the competition ;)

Guess I am safe to show them now though :?

holy f***,

erm............................looks like i have to try and take a pic for this one rather than trawling the hard-drive, lol

erm............................

good luck to everyone

Double take... ooh good chance to double my 0 points maybe too.

Got to think about this one then, I can see some interesting shots here this time.

Good luck everyone.

 I should have kept me mouth shut "Double take"? nice one.

Sorry to not have said I was off and thanks for the votes and nice words :eek:ops: [smilie=t:

Yes, it was E D castle simon (from the film highlander) I went with my nutter mate who decided just to pop up from glasgow via the east coast to see it  500 miles of B roads.

I was very lucky in that there was no-one else there which was a first but it was a poor sunset as you can see and I feel more than a bit lucky to have got the vote as I messed up and sent off the wrong version of the shot. [smilie=d:

A nice christening for me new camera, cheers
