Photo kit holiday insurance

I am heading off to La Palma, Spain from the UK. I have regular travel insurance, but my camera equipment is not covered, being too high value. Can anyone recommend a company that would do a single trip insurance for camera equipment? What do you do in these circumstances?

Single I cannot say but kit cover I use Aaduki which is with Hiscox insurance.

Have you asked/checked whether your household contents insurance will cover such single trips?

My household insurance covers my gear away from home.

Yours might too, and if not, it’s usually a cheaper option than specific camera insurance.
