Concepts Photo Manipulation?

I like to play around with PS to create something other than what the camera takes. I.E backgrounds on my toy pix etc. But I`m not really sure as to what section of the forum things like this should be posted in. For example, I have an image of a building, that I have mirrored, flipped and replaced the sky section. So it is a photograph (well half of one ), so it`s not really "creative photography" as such. Image example

Where would you suggest. Would it be an idea to open up a specific section for this kind of thing or not?
