i seem to be having problems at the moment ordering photo's

well even getting on there site at the moment.. :shrug:


i think its my end as i went on a mates comp tonight and logged in and ordered what i wanted...

but everything else seems to be ok like here foe example..

anyone else had any prob's of late

or any idea's what it could be...:shrug:

Just ordered another A3 print from them - no problems at either end...
 
Well just for your info, I just placed a successful order about half an hour ago.

ordered yesterday - no problems and have received email today to say has been despatched.
 
Can access my stuff ok, just tried, wasnt as speedy as I have seen it, but was deffo working :|

I had problems on friday, uploaded photos from my Pc but when I clicked on the order button the screen got a white overlay and froze. Tried it on my laptop, got the white overlay but then got on with the ordering. both computers were running firefox so no idea why one worked and one didn't. Photobox don't get much praise these days for anything it seems, unfortunately they're just too damn convenient (at times) to strike off the suppliers list.
 
well i thought i would take it out of my favorites and try from scratch :nuts:

this is what i was getting just before the check out it would not go any further...

Well since you placed an order with your friends computer it would suggest something wrong at your end.

You could always try emptying cookies and cache, and deleting temporary internet files. May make a difference, but you'll end up having to put any saved usernames and passwords back in again.

But otherwise I'm pretty clueless :thinking:

Good old photobox, the prints turned up today, well all bar one turned up and the 8x6 photos have a white border on all sides so the 6x6 square prints I was goind to make out of them isn't going to work. Triffic, reminds me why I haven't used them for over a year.

the border is a pain but i now know why it doe's this ...:D


you would have had to tick a box..

its the red box around the pictures i kept thinking that they where going to crop in that box but it is for adding that white border:nuts: why god knows but you would have ticked it to get the white border..

if you use them again dont tick the crop..

Last time I had some prints done from Photobox, the quality was really bad - It was the first...and last time I would ever order from them, as I know someone else who ordered from them and put them straight into the bin, as the whites, werent white!!!!

I use LoxleyColour now or LeeP @ http://www.togsprint.co.uk Speedy service with either of those too - and convienient!

Well fair play to Photobox they're re-doing them for free. I'll reserve judgement though until they come through the door.
