I have a photo that slightly blurred. How do I get rid of blurring using photoshop cs5
 
It's pretty unlikely that you'll make much of an improvement.

There are techniques for making very slightly blurry photos more acceptable but it's usually an unrecoverable problem.

Have a little search on Youtube for some tutorials ;)
 
You can try the unsharp mask tool in CS5, Ruth, but honestly if a picture is blurred you will never get a really sharp shot. If you post the image, we may be able to suggest why it is a bit blurred to help you in future.

Now if you have a really sharp shot, there's all sorts of tools in CS5 to make it blurred, but that probably doesn't help you.

agreed; a touch of unsharp mask may improve it slightly, depends on how blurred it is

The level of blurryness and the level of sharpness you might find acceptable is subjective so when you post the pic you will get a better idea.
