Hard to capture these little buggers lol, they dont stay still for long enough, so on SS, with high burst mode, using mechanical shutter. Lens was the Panny 45-150, f4-5.6.

It was taken on a Nikon D810 with a Sigma 150 2.8 APO macro DGHSM lens - ISO 252, f8, 1.200 sec - ISO seems strange, not sure how the camera/windows properties came up with that one ! it was 250 on the camera setting

Clun Castle passed us on the return leg of the anniversary 1Z48 tour this morning - a couple of minutes behind schedule, so pressing hard for Bristol.

The more I look at this image, the more I think it is a good candidate for a jigsaw.

Hi, I took pics at the WEINRALLYE (50 bikes, 200 cars) in a wine-growing area in Southern Germany :

A before and after comparison of the aluminium mesh I put on our outside drain.

I put it over the drain grate, about ten years ago, to stop garden rubbish getting into and blocking the pipe. This morning I rediscovered the spare sheet I'd bought at the same time. This first image indicates that, perhaps, the original sheet was due for replacement...



Five minutes work and doesn't it look handsome with the replacement fitted? So, set for another ten years, I hope...
