Really pleased to find out i have a picture published in our local paper this week. (Maidenhead Advertiser)
Bit less pleased when i saw how washed out they had reproduced it:lol:
Still, cant moan as its about a 1/3rd page size.
Just thought id share.
Dean:)

scan the page mate :)

Funny thing is, i havent bought the paper yet, i saw it in a friends copy. Will pop to shops in a mo, it'll have to be a mobile phone shot of it though, as i dont own a scanner.
Dean:)

Here is the rather crappy mobile shot

The printing leaves a bit to be desired, here is the original

Very nice, news papers are never the best image quality, looks ok to me:)

Why did you blur out the ad's phone numbers though, just curious?

I needed to post this picture elsewhere, didnt want to give out numbers, Although i know it would be easy to find.

Well done for getting the pic published. Now wait for the snide comments about payment for the pic.

Nice photo BTW.

cracking shot mate, congrats on being published  :)

You gotta love the picture editors... cropping the corner off of the building and the bottom off of the pillar was a class effort.

Happens all the time to me :(
