Where are the best places in south east England for landscape photos.

I'll start I with; beachy head, Sheffield park and bodium castle.

Hever Castle
Wisley Gardens
Kew Gardens (during the week)
Leeds Castle
Sissinghurst Castle
Arundel Castle
Regents Park; St James Park
Boxhill

????

Port Lympne wild animal park (some wonderful vistas over the marshes to be had from the top of the park).
Folkestone warren
Hastings country park.

Wot about Scotney Castle, Hole Park, Marle Place, Bewl Water to name a few.

Eden Valley and Edenbridge
Samphire Hoe
Hythe Canal
Lullingstone & Lullingstone Castle

Definitely dungeness, was planning going here for a few nights but got a call about the other halfs grandad being poorly, seems to have perked up now though.

Looking at the logistics of leaving early tomorrow and spending the day there.

Is this a record - a thread resurrected after three and a half years?

I will post some of my dungeness stuff if it helps to inspire.

As for resurrecting threads, I'm new around here!

Only been to Dungeness and Beachy Head of these which are both great and look like some great locations to try out here but they are all in Kent and Sussex (i.e. long drive for me)

Any suggestions to the West and North of London? I haven't found so many good ones apart from down by the Thames. Must give Syon House a try tomorrow

Kent places I love -

Deal (under the pier for Long exposures).

Ramsgate Harbour

Reculver

Herne Bay (beach huts etc)

Whitstable Harbour

Isle of Grain - No 1 the Thames

Romney Marsh, not just Dungeness
