This time next year I plan to be going full frame in the shape of a 5D mkii (Second hand obviously). It's a Camera I've lusted after for a few years now and I plan to posses one. I'm aware I'd need to move lenses from Ef-s to Ef, However my budget would be Around £1200-1400.
My main focus is on landscape and portraits, So my lens choice is looking to be a Canon 50mm f1.4 for a standard lens and a Canon 17-40 f4L. Another choice would be the 24-70 f2.8, But I'm not sure if it would be wide enough. Though it would mean I wouldn't be missing a focal length out from 24-200mm as I have a 70-200 f4.
What I guess im asking for really, is lens suggestions that would fit in my budget. Say £700 for lenses, ignore filters etc at the moment. What do you have for full frame, and why did you opt for that?
