Can somebody help me in finding a book or DVD to learn photography something like understanding exsposer of photos.

Understanding exposure by Bryan Peterson is good for the basics of photography and Light Science & Magic by Hunter, Biver & Fuqua will explain photographic lighting.

I think no one could disagree, Understanding Exposure by Bryan Peterson is THE beginners bible.
