print issues with win 10

Ok i can print through notepad and word fine but if i try and print a webpage out through the print option in either IE or Chrome it wont print. Im using a Brother HL-1110 printer , windows 10 and have installed the correct driver off the brother site. Any ieas why it wouldn't print through a browser?

Won't print as in blank page or won't print as in gets to the print queue and errors?

Won't print anything, no page comes out and by the time I open the print queue nothing is there.

Chrome has it's own print options that can over-ride the system default, have you checked that Chrome is set to use the right printer?

I think it defaults to "Save as PDF" when you print from a browser. It does on mine anyway ...

yeah sounds weird if some things print and others dont. would almost rule out any driver issues.

Also check it does not have windows manages printers set, this "feature" often screws the default printer within different progs.
