Yes, if yiu get a camera with a data back. Alternatively create an overlay on the neg, so long as you remember what it was or photoshop it, but I assume you mean record it at the time, in which case you need a data back. EOS 30 or similar.
Sorry I am assuming film camera, am I wrong?

I think that Photoshop will stick what you want on a print. Hidden somewhere in the More Options sections.
