It looks like I'm getting a satisfactory outcome. I'm not one to try and bring a supplier down on social media without giving them every chance to rectify a problem first. I have no complaints against Pro Av per se, although I can't agree with some of the findings and strange advise given by their so called technical department. As it happens the returns team seem not to be acting on their techs advice which was the bit that had me worried.
