Afternoon fellow TP'ers

Doe's anyone have any experience of sending files via FTP from Photo Mechanic? I haven't done it before and i'm struggling to get it to work

i have the username, destination folder, password and login but i must be doing some thing wrong because it no worky :shake:

Yes a little more info would be handy!

Do you have a connection establish? Try and confirm the IP address and port number, they may be using a different one to the usual 21.

If you do get a connection, possibly your username doesn't have write capabilities.

Possible you don't have directory listing permissions either, so could connect, but wouldn't see anything

erm its saying that it cannot establish a connection. i had the passive connection boxed checked, could this be the problem? you may have gathered im not great when it comes to computer stuff :bonk:

the web address is right and its on port 21, don't know if they use a different port will have to ask them, got cyberduck downloading to so will try that

sorted, i downloaded the same FTP client as the errrrrr client :bonk: its working now
