Professional photo prints?

We've had professional photos done in the past and had prints of high quality mounted on card

This time we're thinking of buying the rights for the pics and printing ourselves, but where and cost?
 
Should have said of 7x5 size
 
I've had normal prints from some of these but do they offer the nicer paper, print and in mounted card?
 
Anyone else?
 
Places ripe the ar*e out of mounting, I had to get a3 done for tech and the cost was wild
I went to eBay, got the mount and did it myself for a fraction of the cost
A bit of double sided take and your away
