PS CS4 Offer & Moving It

I'm in the process of transferring to Mac from PC and as an Elements user had an email today about the CS4 upgrade offer they are doing. Would they allow an upgrade that also includes a platform transfer from PC to Mac? Has anyone else done this. I have tried ringing them but they shut at 5

I'm in a similar position.

I have Adobe Design Suite CS3 for my MacBook which i've now sold.

I contacted Adobe if I could just transfer the licence over to my PC but they said I would need to pay the upgrade fee from CS3 to CS4 which would also allow me to switch platform.

I've just converted from PC to Mac. My Photoshop was CS3, but all adobe asked for was for me to buy from them a copy of CS4 upgrade. I then recieved a brand new copy of CS4 for Mac

You will need to provide proof of purchase for your Photoshop. I didn't have the original receipt CS, but a photo of the original CD+case ( showing the serial No.) sufficed. I had the upgrade receipt for CS3.

You need to contact Adobe customer service at the following address

english-custserv@adobe.com.

They'll set up a "case" for you and send you all the bumf. You will need to return a Letter of Destruction stating you will on receipt of the new software destroy the old disks.
