PSE10 crashing

I am using PSE10 for organizing & editing but there has been a couple of times now that when I have opened up it's like it has just been installed and all the information has disappeared which can get annoying!! has anyone else had the same trouble? Or is there a good organizer you can recommend?

I've had this on FIL PC previously. If you google the problem there are a few options available to try via Adobe's site.

These seemed to work for him for a period of time, then it would start playing up. Best solution I found was to remove it completely and do a fresh install.

I also deactivated it on his PC first and then activated it again once reinstalled - not sure if you need to do this if your putting it back on the same machine, but I did just to make sure there were no issues

Thanks for that I have upgraded the pc recently and PSE is still on the old 1 so could be the reason.
