Question for the macro people out there.

Up front sorry if this is a dumb question - I know NOTHING about macro work.

Is it possible to photograph a dust mite, or are they just too small and require a m'scope?

A microscope, I suspect.

They're less than 0.5mm in size.

A quick google image search of "dust mite" gives you just radio-microscopy photo's it seems. Maybe a dSLR connected to an optical microscope would do it though?

I think it just might be able to but good luck finding one to photograph !!
