R3 video to SD slot

Morning All

Anyone know what SD cards will support video recording on the R3 ? Want to add a second card to hold video if possible.

in the spec

1x CFexpress type B
1x SD/SDHC/SDXC and UHS-II
if it is anything like my Nikon , video auto recorded to the SD card anyway

however I don't use the Nikon for video as if in auto focus the sound from the lens is easily heard .and also show slight judder.
