Just bought the RadLab software for my mac but for some reason it just wont install :thumbsdown: . Anyone else had this problem with RadLab?

Hi, did you manage to fix yours? im having the same problem where i get an error saying there was an error in my installation. i've uninstalled and reinstalled so many times already :(
 
No, still not managed to fix it. Have you sent them a message though? I did and they've given me a full refund, and asked me to keep the product until they fix the bug causing the problems, and then i'll have a fully working version for free!
 
what was your installation problem? i've logged a ticket and they've gotten back to me a few times and also recommended a new update version to install but it didn't work on my mac. worst is when it installed halfway and i opened up the radlab menu on my photoshop, all the menus/wordings were missing. even they are puzzled with the screen shot i've sent. so they've asked for the installation logs. hope i get it fixed soon, i really wanna use radlab!
 
It just wouldn't install at all on my Mac. It took them about 4-5 days to sort it out, but fair play to them, they did everything they could and kept me constantly updated til it was sorted
 
Dear Darren,
I am alittle bit confuse here..RadLab is an editing program or is just a plugins / presets for PS & LR.

I saw in this clips(http://www.gettotallyrad.com/) by Doug Boutwell it looks like a editing program to me.

Appreciate much for your answer to my quries.
