RAM advice please

I have a Dell which someone has upgraded the memory.
I am having problems and wonder if the memory has something to do with it.
Please can you look at the following from Speccy and tell me if I have something wrong. I see I am mixing 266 and 333, but am I right the motherboard only likes 266 anyway?

Slots 1 and 3 match and 2 and 4 match so that looks right. I believe faster memory will run slower without problems so that is probably OK too.

Think it might help more if you said what the problems were and exactly what system hardware and operating system etc. it is.

I am getting crashes and blue screens. It also seems slow.

I would recomend taking the upgraded RAM out and seeing if stability improves.

Program called memtest

What are the stop codes on the blue screens? While the faster memory should down speed as the motherboard can't run that fast it might not be 100% compatible with the board and/or the other memory.

Personally I don't like running unmatched memory, too much scope for compatibility issues with latency and cas even if they are running at the same speed.
