Have a look on the internet, there will be a guide as to where all the screws etc are somewhere.
 
dont yank on anything. generally if its not falling apart then you have missed a screw and be very careful about tiny fragile connectors.
 
Just watched the video, looks ok to be honest and worth a try to save labour costs.
 
When you're putting it back together tuck the wires away properly, be careful not to pinch any of them.
 
Generally dead easy, done it hundreds of times (literally, hundreds).

Main thing to be careful of is removing the video cable from the laptop as these are often very delicate, don't tug on the cable itself! Instead, prize the plastic connector off with a small screwdriver or something. If you pull on the wire you'll likely b****r it.
 
Got the new screen (really excellent service by the company I mentioned above, genuine part and next day delivery) and all done and dusted in about twenty minutes

Very glad I gave it a go myself and it really is very straightforward
