In what mode does the zoom action on the head work? Mine will not zoom....... If I'm using on hss/bl setting it comes out ok but it doesn't zoom ......

Normally, It should all the time since it is optimizing the flash angle
to the used lens on the body which ever mode when properly attach
to the hot shoe directly or through a compatible cable for OCF operation.
