Sending a large file

I need to send off a 152mb pdf file and wondered what my best option is, am I right in thinking you can split the file up into smaller chunks by zipping it up in winrar? :shrug: Failing that then it will have to go on a disc via snail mail

You can use file hosts like rapidshare.com

Try Netload. Netload has a faster download speed than Rapidshare normally and I think Rapidshare limits you to 100mb files whilst netload is 400mb maximum.

Download the 40 day trail of WinRar and see if does what you want.

I used it several years ago, but found it a bind as you had to make sure the destination user was able to unpack it.

If you do decide to use WinRar the I'd suggest you opt for 7-Zip as the unpacker as it's free and simple to download at destination location
