Sensor cleaning

I've got some gunk on my sensor which won't go with the rocket blower and won't go with the built in cleaning system. I've never done a sensor clean before, don't have the tools and I'm not sure I'm willing to pay a shop 100 quid (or whatever they charge these days) for the pleasure of. I'm sure this is something I can do myself.

What exaclt do I need and how should I do it?

Thanks!

A sensor Klear pen may do it for you (similar to the lens pens) or you just may need to resort to a *wet* (barely damp is better) cleaning method.

Do check out this LINK it's the best I've found for general info on sensor cleaning.

Hope it helps

cheers
