Home:
The page loads very quickly but my intermediate issue with it is that the cascading images very quickly start to move off the bottom of the window. I can't even see the 'A moment' image and have to scroll down. And unfortunately when I do I'm also met with a logo for the SWPP and a white graphic with a picture of a flying ace, neither of which have any place on the website in its current look. I have to be honest here and say those two graphics make the page look decidedly amateurish.
And carrying on the honesty, I'd really advice you to change the font used on the homepage. I have to assume that you are a professional wedding photographer, but using that font just makes it look like you're an amateur. The only way it could be worse is if you'd used Comic Sans.
The links at the top of the page are okay, in so much as they work, but I'm not sure on the wording. I'd change 'Alison Bailey' to 'About me', 'About your photographer' or something similar and really neaten the whole menu up.
Alison Bailey:
Whoah, where's the pastel yellow colour come from? Totally unexpected and I'm having to double-check I've not been sent to another site. It's obvious the page isn't finished, but I can't even see where you can go with this other than a total redesign.
And if you must have that SWPP logo on there, can you ask them for one that's a little more flattering? Or just replace it with some text that sends the same message, but one that's more in-keeping with your site?
Albums:
This is something of weird page. I know I'm no longer on your site because the design has changed completely, but I also know because the URL has changed. Biggest problem? I can't get back to your site without actually clicking 'back' in my browser, which isn't the best way of doing things.
As for the page itself, this is entirely more in-keeping with the sort of style I'd expect your personal website to have. Clean, modern, simple design with easy to read text and a nice little logo at the top. And when we actually get into the Albums themselves, it just looks so nice. This is what the whole site should look like, not just this part.
What I don't like is each image popping up in a separate window when you click on it. Sorry, but that's not a nice way of doing things. Keep it all in the same browser window or risk people getting confused and shutting down the wrong window or getting besieged by the sheer amount of windows they might have opened. People are stupid and if it's not intuitive it's going to get confusing.

I'm sorry if I sound like I'm having a real moan here, but this just looks so amateurish. And what's worse is that there's two identical pages, stacked above each other. It's just so disappointing to see. It honestly looks like the person who designed the site either didn't know what they were doing or couldn't be bothered.
I apologise if that was you or someone you know and I'm offending you as a result, but think of me as someone who has never met you, doesn't know you and has just found your website through a Google search or a referral somewhere.
The fact is, I'm not going to be taking you seriously. There's hundreds of wedding photographers out there and as good as your work is, your presentation is awful. If your website looks like it cost 50p to put together, I'm not going to want to spend my money with you as its seemingly obvious that you're not providing a quality service.
Overall:
Ali, I'm sorry if I've come across as being overly critical here, but I'm afraid that I'm struggling to find the positives about your site and I think you deserve a bit of plain talking. I honestly believe that if you carry on with the site as it is, you're risking alienating a lot of the potential customers you're going to work so hard to attract. Evolution of this design isn't going to work. It needs a total rethink.
Your photography, from what I've seen of it, is amazing. And therefore you need a site that looks equally as impressive. It doesn't has to cost a fortune, it doesn't have to have all the bells and whistles, it just has to look like it was done professionally designed and built. And despite what people think, that's not hard to do.
Forget the coding behind the scenes for now, what you need is someone who knows how to design a site.
