Show us yer film shots then!

That's really nice Chris. I especially like this one.
Thank you. When I turned round and looked back, I was pretty confident it would make an interesting photo, and I was pleased how it came out. This was as metered, I should robably have thought ore carefully about the metering, but if I had I might well have spoilt it!

Here is an 'Experiment' -- I found a cassette of Ilford Delta 3200 in fridge - no box so no 'Date' but must be al least 12 years outdated -- I took short lengths - first 800, 1600 and 3200 ASA in home-made 510-Pyro 1:100 3200 in 510-Pyro test 400 ASA.jpg guessed 12 mins @ 20oC -- VERY THIN NEGS -- next test 200, 400 , 800 ASA for 18 mins -- good negs and best was 400 ASA but also high Fog Level ---
Asahi Pentax Spotmatic F on my Wife;'s 'Animals' in Garden

This is a very strange juxtaposition, entirely to my taste. Which power station is it in the background? Drax maybe. I worked on the feed heating system for Eggborough power station but that station has been decommissioned.

I think it's Ratcliffe power station. I've passed it on the train many times when travelling to London and spotted the boats on the opposite side of the tracks (and thought it would be a good location for photography - which Ross has proven it is!).

Just done another run around the Ipswich waterfront with my Canon EOS650 (35 - 80 power zoom) loaded with HP5. This time I was looking for interesting textures and shapes. Interestingly, loading these into Photoshop wasn't really necessary as even the Levels Auto didn't really change them - the exposures were pretty good. For the full set check out my photo blog at Long Haired David's Photo Blog. As an example, how about this one:

More of my Experiments with Very Old ILFORD DELTA 3200 found in Fridge and processed in home-made 510-Pyro 1:100 to see how it came out in a 'Staining Developer'
Best exposure was at 250ASA not 400 ASA after all -- I used ASAHI PENTAX Spotmatic F + SMC Takumar 28mm f3.5 lens and held camera at waist level and had to straighten most in FastStone Imgae Viewer

@pentaxpete first glance I thought you’d captured a portrait of Jimmy Saville ( perhaps like Elvis he’s still hanging out ), but then I realised he’s not sporting his shell suit !:ROFLMAO:

A couple of wet prints from 6x6 negatives using my recently acquired Nikkor EL lens.

The images measure aprox11 inches square and where captured back in 2016 on a rolliecord VB whilst in the Isle of Man.

Nice souvenirs even if not the best of prints
