Finding things like that is what I love about photography, its always and adventure, always.

A lot of luck, I arrived early to buy a new car so thought I would have wonder round the old dilapidated industrial estate and stumbled across them when I turned a corner. Not a clue what they are.

And here was me thinking you were inspired by my photography skills. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

You have got a nice range of tones from the KM200 / HC110 combination, particularly in the first one which has great shadow detail.

I am 'inspired' to give them a try when I next run out of DDX.

Thanks Keith, I find KM200 quite a contrasty film, my experiments are an effort to tone it down a bit. The 1+31 development time was only 5 minutes and I didn't fancy going down the route of half the concentration double the time. My patterson type tank takes 325ml and my idea was to have plenty developer (in the 410ml i put in the tank) to smash the darks quickly and a long enough time to give me an element of control. I will add another 15 seconds next time and after that 1+45 for 7 mins. I think I have read that HC110 is a solvent developer but at a certain dilution loses some solvency and subtly changes to an acutance type, I am attempting to find the sweet spot.

Fujifilm 400 but set the ISO to 200 and I'm pleased with the results.
I bet you are !
I love that purple tinge in the shadows, very nice.
I was half hoping it was Kodak pro image 100 - I have been looking at that for two days now that shot would have made me pull the trigger.

Quite a bit of black & white on this page. As you may well know, I don't shoot much black and white really, but I had an unknown local lab labelled 35mm so I chucked it in around new year for those drab winter colours.....

Street apertures with at least a 1/250th shutter and 200ASA film isn't the best combination for short, dull days :ROFLMAO:

I was a bit annoyed with the results from this roll of film, lots of speckling where the silver appears to have clumped together and a couple of shots where there is distinct banding, strangely dark bands. with this being a "new to me" camera I put in a roll of KM200 just to check it wasn't the cameras fault. However, going back to this roll a couple of weeks later I am appreciative of the film, it has given me a better understanding of flare and contrast in the scenes and their effects. The film has a character,

I’d pull the trigger, it’s not bad stuff.

Here's a few of mine, shot on a Nikon F60 with Ilford HP5. This was my first film roll in this camera and overall, whilst I've a lot to learn, I'm happy with the results.

These were taken at Holcombe, nr Bury, UK.

I’m Malta just now, won’t be back until next week. Can you wait until I get back.
Yes of course, I don't have a film shortage. Have a great time in Malta, I have not been for years. That lovely Church on Gozo, sends shivers down my spine now just thinking of its splendour.

I've been re-scanning some more older negatives from a holiday in Italy a few year's ago. The difference in quality I can get with better equipment and a few years' experience is quite pleasing.
