Contemporary for the period, so yes old shots. They made me realise recently that my approach changed, probably because I have predominantly shooting large format fo the past 40 years for my personal work. I've nearly always shot at f22. aiming for maximum DOF, aided by movements.

So I need to go back to shooting at wider apertures, particularly as I will be shooting with an 1864 8¼"(200mm) f3 Dallmeyer 2B Portrait lens, and a 3 other Petzvals.
