I now have this.
I took it by setting a 2.5s shutter speed, ISO 200 F22 and waving the camera at my ceiling light. I think it gives quite a nice effect.

Press the Print Screen key, which loads whatever is on screen into the clipboard. Open your image editing prog and paste into a new file. I presume you know how to upload pics.
