Shutter cable for 7D

Can anyone recommend a cheap remote shutter release with a lock for a 7D? Just had a look and the canon one is over £100

My old one that I used for my 450D has a different type of plug and I like the lock for when I'm doing long exposures.

eBay! I just bought one for £2.39 including delivery. It works a treat.

I bought something this for my 40D
not as cheap as I remember but the first unit acts as a wired remote without the need for batteries.
the other works as a 10m radio remote
so quite versatile.

I have the ebay stuff as well, cost €5 delivered. Works brilliantly.

I went through half a dozen ebay remotes (they all stopped working) before getting sick, and stumping up the wedge for the Canon one. It's worked faultlessly.

I bought a cheap one off Ebay 2 years ago, not had any issues with it. It's a pretty simple bit of kit to be honest!
