You will be amazed at the focus speed and accuracy of it. Big though.

Not fussed about size and have held one in store before.MPB have one in at sub 400 too! Its just not a focal length I use that often so need to make right choice.

Yes its a superb lens not as fast as the sigma obviously but great lens with a little more reach.Even contemplated getting a tamron 17-50mm vc as had one before and it was really very good!!
