I ordered a canon 70-200 f4L from them, they said they had stock and after three weeks it hadn't arrived, when they eventually dispatched it the courier left it outside my house behind my bin! I live on a busy main road and when I arrived home there was nothing there! It took weeks of emails to try and sort it and they eventually stopped responding. I had luckily purchased it on my credit card and had them pursue them and got my money back. However a friend of mine ordered a sigma 8-16 and got it signed for delivery within a week. I guess I was unlucky but my experience with their support team has firmly put me off ever buying from them again!
