Hi a local store has a sinar 4/5 camera in the window. And it is something I am interested in. It has an asking price of £450, it all looks neat and tidy! I think it's the P model and has a Nikkor lens attached. What do you think? Is that a good price?
 
Depends which Nikkor Lens it has, and if the shutter is working OK.
5x4 studio cameras are very very common so if the lens looks like good value then make them an offer.
Good field cameras usually go for a bit more, depends what sort of shots you want to take?

A field camera might be a better bet if you plan to go out with the camera and you could pick up a used Chamonix or Shen Hao for around that price, though you'd need to pick up a lens likely ~£200.
 
I would be wanting to use it out and about, yes. I am going to carry on looking for a field camera methinks.
