Sky Q question

Hi all,
So we are upgrading to sky q in a couple of weeks, problem is I have a documentary on the old sky hd box that is no longer available on iPlayer
Anyway of saving/transferring it ?

When we upgraded (a while back now) to Sky Q from the old style box we lost anything recorded.
On the upside, Sky Q is a lot more flexible, particularly if you have extra Sky Q mini boxes.

If you can borrow a recordable DVD drive it's easy to record
from the Sky box output.
