Small background paper

Yes
I am wanting to use a white background to take some shots but I am struggling to find anything small enough. I have one of the Creative Backgrounds 2.71m x 11m but this is unruly and I can't actually take it home with me because it is so big. I am wanting something approximately 1m x 2m. I've thought of just buying some pieces of A1/A0 paper and sticking them together but I don't know if the paper quality would make a difference.

Any suggestions?

A white flat bed sheet?

I did think of this but unfortunately I don't have any white sheets. Would general bed sheets be ok to use though? I have black sheets which might do but I thought the fabric might absorb or reflect the light funny...

Check you're local stationary stores etc.
My local range store has 10m x 0.6(ish)m rolls of white, black and coloured paper for £5

Wallpaper, wrapping paper, white-faced mdf/hardboard from B&Q/Homebase, sheet of mdf and a tin/aerosol of white matte/gloss/eggshell, disposable paper table cloths from the supermarket, rolls of craft paper from The Range/etc, pads of flipchart paper from Staples/etc..

Lol, thanks :p. I chuck most junk away that I don't use but you remind me that I do actually have some wrapping paper lying around in a roll and it will probably do !

creativity do 1.35m wide rolls. perfect for single subjects.

It is the extra 11m that is hard to play with. I just want something that I can manouvre about really easily. Also as I already have a big roll I was hoping to get something cheap and DIYish :p.
