snail and sorrel

Not really sure where to post this...wild? flowers? taken with macro lens?! Anyway this little snail nestled amongst common sorrel (I think) caught my eye on a walk out yesterday.

Well thank you both. Mellow suits me fine - photography is certainly one of the best ways I know to unwind

Thanks for the feedback. I wouldn't normally go for a central composition, but felt it worked here because of the unbalanced background and diagonal stalk to the left. It is a bit marmite, though
