Snapping cropped images onto new file/template

Please forgive me if this has been asked before, but I have searched everywhere for a solution. I use CS5.

Problem: I have cropped several images to 70mm x 45mm for putting in keyrings. To save money, I would like to place them on a new page which I have sized 210mm x 297mm and changed the ruler to mm. With the guides pulled down and across to the 70x45, I start to drag the images onto the new template and they are huge, covering the whole page. Is there a way that I can drag and drop the image onto the page and it snaps or remains the cropped size? I am sure there is a way to do it, but I am running out of ideas.

Make sure all your documents have the same resolution, then you will be fine.

I see, my new page was at 240 and the resolution box was left empy for the cropped images. Just had a go and it worked fine. Thank you Paul MR.
