Thankfully not an expensive one,but my favorite and the one i use a lot for portraits..
About a week ago the wife was having one of her usual "re-arranging" days,and managed to drop my 50mm on the floor.
Since the drop,the AF is out.. At close range-it still seems fine,anything over around 10ft or so,and the focus is off. (Camera still confirms and beeps etc-But images are not focussed where they should be)
Sooo ..Could use some recomendations for a good portrait lens-Preferably without breaking the bank or requiring a remortgage!
At least the 50 makes a novel paperweight....
