Hi there, Scorching day yesterday, but a little cloud came over and with it a little rain so the Bee`s decided to have a nap.
Here they are are in all their glory doing just that.
tbh I got no clue on the ID on these.

Fabulous shots Graham. Wonderful light in them, and their eyes are stunning to look at.

Cheers Chris, they were a tad bright but a little pp helps. I agree with you, the eyes are just fantastic for something so small like the last Bee.

All the beauty of Mother Nature…
and without make up if you please.
Absolute pleasure, Graham! (y)(y)(y)

What a wonderful set of photos. In conjunction with the beautiful flower (worth a photo on its own) it has to be the first one for me if I had to choose. We're going to Brittany ,near Rennes, next month so maybe I better pack my 100mm macro but the south is much warmer, having said that I think even Brittany will be hot mid-August.

Every one a winner here Graham, well done.
Cheers Andy, I got lots of winners yesterday imo but finding bee's asleep is a bonus for me [emoji2]
