My only suggestion would be to locally desaturate the red
box in the second take… unpleasant to see (the red!). :cool:
 
That first scene is desolate as hell, has a kinda post nuclear apocalyptic taint to it. Brilliant.
 
It was Baltic but I was shooting from a safe distance with a Nikon 300mm prime.

Nice waves, well done Jason for going there given how cold it’s been. It’s a while since I ventured down there to capture scenes like these.
I usually go off to the dunes to the right of where you were shooting from. But you need to be aware of the tide as it’s possible to get get caught out by it.
 
Yes the tide was nearly fully in and the beach and rocks were covered in foam which made it dangerous to cross. Others had warned that the area could get cut off so I stayed above the road.
 
Number 2 for sure looks much better isolated, I bet that bird got a bit of a wash from that lot.
