This is a long video 1hr 45mins about street photographers in London.

It's a mix of interviews with people out and about taking street photographs as well as them sitting (in the street), talking about why they take street photographs. There is a lot about the street photography community in London, and the video is dedicated to this community.

It's an interesting insight for those not interested in street, as well as those who are. I found it a little long, but glad I watched it.

I didn't find it very interesting.

Fair enough. It wasn't something I was especially conscious of.

Actually, on thinking about it, there was one interview that comes to mind, which was also one I didn't think particularly added much to the video.

It's part of life today and surrounds us, easy to become 'acclimatised' to it and not notice how prevalent it is ... there were several who just couldn't talk without it - I hate it!

It certainly seems much more common on TV nowadays, but I can't say I've noticed an increase in the places I go, or with the people I spend time with; but that's a small sample.

Yes I'm not surrounded by it within my circle of friends, but outside of that it's everywhere in my city, schoolchildren, mothers with infants, and those I would never expect as they walk toward me chatting! :(

As for TV it seems obligatory to insert an obscenity after the 'watershed' (does that even apply now?), usually in the last episode of a serial you have been following ... personally I always look out for advance warnings and just avoid the programme. Just don't understand why some cannot converse without it.

Anyway I enjoy street photography and the ever declining number of YouTube videos that don't include swearing (or flogging products they have been gifted - how many Hasselblad cameras did DJI give away???).

I think I have probably noticed the same.

What street photography channels do you regularly watch?

There were quite a few, Samuel Streetlife, Mike Chudley, Roman Fox, Sean Tucker, Paul Reid, Jeff Asgough, Sam O'Shaughnessy, Jamie & the Jam etc etc ... around 30 being 'monitored' but now reducing for language, influencing and ... boring.
