In my orchestra at the moment we are playing Debussy's Nocturne, and after doing a little bit of photography for the orchestra already they want me to take some photos that relate to the piece :gag: and i have no ideas of what to shoot;

I had the idea of like a river at night, but i dont know.

If you had been playing Clair De Lune, also by Debussy, I would have suggested a lake with the reflection of the moon, but I guess you probably thought of that already. I'd possibly go with photographing the sky after the sun has set, but while there is still some light left in the distance indicating night is about to begin.

LOL - what's that supposed to mean? Sounds like artyfartyblartyness to me - turn it back on them, and ask them what they have in mind when they say that...if they say 'oh, just something you think reflects the piece...' then they're just waffling, trying to look clever in front of each other :D

Might help to know what the pictures are to be used for.
