Studio Hire

Hi all,

I am in need of hiring a studio...

I have been asked to do some portrait, lingerie and boudoir pictures for a friend of a friend, she wants to give her boyfriend a gift.
I don't really do people pictures but she is happy with this and said "it's just going to be a bit of fun". i have done a couple of weddings and a few family and friends portrait shots, that have come out well.

The issue is, with the nature of the pictures i want to do it properly and hire a studio. She has agreed to cover all the costs.
I live in Portsmouth and she is in the Crawley so somewhere between the two would be good. Lights and backdrops are also needed.

Thanks in advance :-)

Bob

For that kind of shoot an hotel is actually a much better location :)

Especially for boudoir where you can use the setting, a studio will be far too plain unless you have one with room sets.

Have a look here for some inspiraration http://www.missphotography.com/

Most of these can be shot fairly simply with one light.

That is a spot on idea. i was looking at studios thinking they tend to look a little bare.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Bob
