These three words are the content of an assignment
from a French hydro power plant company on Tuesday.

As foot note: It would be for the Annual Report cover.
Please no disgraceful montage like we had from an-
other photographer last year.

I did their covers for the 7 years prior but they thought
I was waaaaay too expensive.

I will propose this on Monday…

that is full of the feeling of power the sun has over us and its benificence...trees/life as we know it...and the knowledge on how to use the stored energy to make our needs ...the hydrocarbon powerbanks in the earth..perhaps soon to end
and the sun as well..
in our lifetimes...impossible
cheers

I like how power lines which would usually be in the way can be used as a main element of the shot
When a client like this company is asking for images in a
given direction, one is always on the lookout for scenes
that could fit the description.

Your right, most of the time these
power lines ARE always
in the way… and trying to avoid them is a must. In this case,
finding a spot combining the later two in a pleasant way was
not too easy. As for the Sun, waiting until it reaches the right
spot happens every day… in theory but, in practice, the chal-
lenge is the
atmospheric conditions that are rarely so perfect.
I really like it and would hope to photograph the sun in a similar way one day
Why not at the end of the next sunny day?

There is possibly no hope for me but
aren't you the stubborn teenager? :)

Damn right Daddio

Let's hope they don't "rip it up ". Little Richard sings June 1956. And I am just entering teenage..13

Then I must be a toddler and
the girls are still for much later!

ooh la la

my first french lesson left me with the words...folies berger et toujour l'amour
:D

folies berger et toujour l'amour

folies bergères et toujours

I developed a theory that wants to demonstrate that
French is the most beautiful language in the world
and, finally, I have found the proof:

You never heard of an English, German, or
any other
but all know about the French kiss! :D:D:D

french and in particular norman french was the language of medieval kings...it took over from latin and saxon
i would say if one could speak la francais comme le francais
one would need a slightly aberrated tongue...perhaps in the mode of poor kissing ability...and a desire to eat someone elses petit dejeuner
deep throat is the english variation of the one sided french kiss...
alors!!
:D

… and the French we speak in Québec is much closer
to the Renaissance spoken version.

Votre culture et sens de l'humour sont appréciés! :)
