Swallows

Hi All,

Anybody got any tips on capturing Swallows, there are literally hundreds nesting at the hotel I'm staying at, I'm using 7D2 with 100 - 400 lens, boy they are quick! Any settings / modes appreciated, currently using auto ISO, Tv 1,250 with AWB.
It's certainly quite a challenge

I use sport mode with repition on. 3 shots a time.

Ive not tried to capture them, but have watched them with a toggers eye - they are certainly very quick...

Agood shot would be a very nice thing indeed, especially as they are quite often very low to the ground when hunting,
