Just got one, wanting to back up photos, files from the family's various laptops.
Is there a way of allowing regular automated backup of selected folders when the laptop is started up?

Is there a way of allowing regular automated backup of selected folders when the laptop is started up?

I forgot to set up remote access before going on holiday and I can't remember if the NAS can do this on its own.
I stick with Acronis as it allows a complete system back ups which is far easier than faffing about reinstalling Windows and device drivers.
Bah the wifi at the hotel is pain.

Yes, Install Cloud Station Server on NAS, and Cloud Station Drive on computers. You can set up folders to be automatically synced, very straightforward and works well.
