Tamron 28mm f2.5 adaptall 2

I fancy having a go with some older / cheaper M42 mount lenses and someone suggested this. I've found one on flea-bay and it states "Comes with an Olympus OM adaptall II mount".
My question is this, does the Adaptall mount mean it will fit a Nikon as it is or (as I suspect) do you still need to buy an adaptor i.e Tamron to Nikon?

You'll need a Nikon mount.

The manual focus Tamron lenses had interchangeable mounts, so you'd have to get hold of an Adaptall 2 mount for Nikon if it has an Olympus fitting currently on it. They were straightforward to change.
