TDF editing Help

Sorry but not DSLR videos ,every year I record the highlights of the TDF on ITV 4 onto a memory stick and save it on my PC for later viewing
Every time I think I wish I could edit out the adverts , now evidently as part of my Adobe photo package I have Premier rush.
Can I use it to edit my TDF videos?

I would imagine any video editor would be able to cut sections out.
Your difficulties may arise at importing the clips (what format and container are they in) and exporting in a form you can use.
You won't be able to just remove sections and view it, you will have to essentially make a new video as a project with the bits cut out and then export it probably as an mp4
